Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Finance IT Program Manager to
oversee multiple projects, ensure timely delivery, and meet
customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects with complex scope, dependencies, and
integration points
Accountable for program management, financial management, and
business case development
Communicate project status, facilitate issue resolution, and ensure
project delivery within time, budget, and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in IT Project or Program Management
Expert knowledge in Project Management and Product Development
methodologies
Experience managing tasks of other Project Managers
Proficiency in project tracking tools like MS Project
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work
experience
