Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Finance and
Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee financial functions, including payroll, accounts
payable, and financial reporting
Lead the budgeting process and monitor financial performance
against budgets
Supervise and mentor department staff while ensuring compliance
with financial data requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related
discipline
At least five years of experience managing diverse accounting
teams
A minimum of ten years of professional accounting experience
Experience working for a Federally Qualified Health Center
(FQHC)
Must reside in the state of Minnesota
