Job Description:
A company is looking for a Core Accounting Specialist to ensure
the integrity of accounting information and coordinate with
producer and carrier partners.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to billing inquiries from producers and agents
Coordinate with accounts receivable team to ensure accurate payment
applications and follow up on aged receivables
Prepare and reconcile bordereaux reports and assist with the
monthly close process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience in an accounting role
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience with mainframe or cloud-based systems (preferred)
Experience with insurance products (preferred, training
available)
