Superior communication skills, multi-tasking, proper phone etiquette, and knowledge of products are a must! Must be proficient with Microsoft programs and possess advanced proficiency in Excel and have very high attention to detail. Must always maintain and friendly and positive attitude! Must use independent judgment in completing administrative activities and operate under general supervision. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years in an administrative assistant role (preferable in with a manufacturing company or related field).
