Job Description:

General Scope: Takes the lead on all Marketing activities for PAC working with PAC VP of Marketing and Sales. Work with industry publications on marketing activities such as articles, advertising, trade shows. Work with P&T marketing and PAC VP Marketing and Sales on all marketing activities for PAC as an active leader on these projects. Work with Bid Management on quotes to freshen up the current quotes. Coordinate and develop Trade Show presence for industry trade shows and conferences. Develop yearly marketing plan and budget with VP of Marketing and Sales. Develop Marketing plan that articulates the strategic vision of PAC to include implementation and execution of the strategic marketing plan.Position Summary:

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. productions and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  • Work with external agencies, and the Marketing and Communications department from Plasser & Theurer and other affiliated partner companies to execute marketing programs
  • Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, trade show planning etc.)
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
  • Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars
  • Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
  • Travels as may be necessary for special sales projects, off-site meetings with customers, exhibitions, etc. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES(The knowledge, skills and attributes required for satisfactory job performance) Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field Knowledge: Incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
    • Knowledge of Plasser American Corporation equipment, quote preparation process and required software.Skills: Incumbent must demonstrate or participate in internal/external training programs to obtain the following skills:
      • 2-5 years of experience in marketing
      • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
      • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics), and content management systems
      • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
      • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
      • Event and trade shows organization experience
