Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Worker Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team as a utility person to assist with a Packing Project. This role is essential in supporting the plant's operational needs. Responsibilities Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading tasks. Support general production and labor activities. Operate forklifts and move materials efficiently. Stage pallets and organize packaging lines. Perform manual and physical labor outdoors. Measure materials accurately using a tape measure. Collaborate effectively with team members in an assembly line process. Essential Skills Experience in material handling and general production labor. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Proficiency in using a forklift. Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure. Reliable transportation is required. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in packing and packaging lines. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesapeake, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
