What You’ll Do: Teach customized curricula for multiple conference sessions each year Ignite development in physical, cognitive, language, social?emotional, and spiritual areas Identify & soothe stress triggers during transitions Apply age?appropriate behavior management to keep the classroom climate positive Create individualized lesson plans tailored to each age group and destination country Design engaging activities that hit curriculum goals Partner with parents, assistants, and leadership through clear, compassionate communication Maintain a clean, stimulating space that sparks curiosity and curiosity What You Bring: A passion for early childhood education and a heart for global mission work. Experience (or a degree) in early childhood development, teaching, or a related field. A warm, patient demeanor Strong communication skills for collaborating with families and team members. Flexibility to adapt curricula each session as we focus on different countries. (If you have a background in ministry, language immersion, or multicultural education, that’s a huge plus!) Requirements: Associate’s degree, preferred At least 2 years working with infants, toddlers or preschoolers in childcare or development program required Effective verbal and written communication Must be flexible to work with various age groups as needed. Current or willing to get the TDAP and FLU vaccine to work in some classrooms. Ability to lift and carry infants up to 20 pounds as needed Physically able to lift and move young children safely, as well as navigate on and off the floor within a classroom setting.
