Job Description:

A managed healthcare and insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Level 3 Principal Application Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Resolving customer reported problems
Remotely accessing production server environments
Mentoring and training peers in the Application Support organization
Qualifications Include:

Undergraduate degree or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
7+ years of extensive knowledge and experience in development and/or application-based troubleshooting
Ability to read and navigate C# source code
Familiarity with .Net Framework
Excellent troubleshooting and triage skills
Knowledge of MongoDB including the ability to query MongoDB Collections
