Job Description:
Food/Beverage Client of ours is looking for a Sr Controls
Engineer Position in the Allentown, PA area to join their

rates!Responsibilities:Implement cutting-edge electrical and
automation engineering practices.Spearhead automation enhancement
projects.Excel in PLC logic programming.Craft, integrate, and
implement precision process control solutions.Develop rigorous
control system validation/testing protocols.Master TCP/IP, Modbus,
and Devicenet communication protocols.Seamlessly integrate
transducers (pressure, temperature, conductivity, pH, and flow)
into automated systems.Customize and optimize Add on instructions
for PLC logicOversee Factory Acceptance Testing and Provisional
Acceptance Testing for cutting-edge equipment.Ensure the
installation and modifications meet rigorous safety and engineering
standards.Champion safety awareness and drive a culture of
continuous improvement.Manage employee relations and provide
guidance, coaching, and development.Uphold the highest standards of
food safety and quality.Elevate process control systems through
Advanced Process Control, Alarm Management, and Operator Interface
Optimization.Demonstrate familiarity with dairy production and
Clean In Place (CIP).Excel in programming with Allen Bradley
ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and SLC500 PLCs.Showcase knowledge of
Lean Manufacturing practices.Requirements/Skills:Possess a
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Industrial Controls, Electronics,
Engineering, or related fields, or demonstrate specialized training
in Allen Bradley controls.Hold certification or training in Plant
Electrical Systems.Boast a minimum of 5 years of hands-on
industrial controls experience with Allen Bradley platforms
(SLC500, ControlLogix, MicroLogix, PanelView Plus, RS Logix, RS
View), including Motor Control.Prove your proficiency in designing
and programming control systems (PLCs, SCADA, HMI).Excel in
troubleshooting control systems from field elements to operator
interfaces and databases.Display adeptness in control system
networking and PC technologies.Lead HMI or SCADA programming and
configuration.Demonstrate familiarity with Allen Bradley PowerFlex
VFDs.Possess a strong understanding of thermodynamics and
mechanics.Prove proficiency in RSLogix 500, 5000, and Studio 5000
Factory Talk View and Studio.Exhibit competence in basic network
skills and troubleshooting.Prior experience with TPM or LEAN
manufacturing, aseptic processes, and successful commissioning and
