Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Technology and Manufacturing
industry. The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) is a front-line
relationship builder, responsible for opening doors, shaping vision
with executives and procurement leaders, and guiding some of the
most prominent players in the digital economy through their data
center growth strategies. You'll be responsible for leading a team
to position Hyper Solutions as a long-term strategic partner, build
trust at every level, expand influence, and convert engagement into
large projects and sustainable partnerships that advance both the

holidays Essential Functions & Duties: - Manage the full commercial
cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and
closing. - Partner with Systems Engineers to ensure technical
credibility. - Work with Sales Project Managers to support smooth
delivery, from NDAs and MSAs to execution. - Maintain a clean
pipeline and accurate forecasting. - Build trusted relationships
with procurement leaders, engineering and design teams, project
managers, operations, and executive. - Tell the Hyper Solutions
story with clarity and conviction, showing the value of
partnership. - 7–12 years of B2B technical sales experience with a
proven record of closing complex solutions - Data center or
mission-critical background strongly preferred (PDUs, RPPs, SWBDs)
- Executive presence and ability to build credibility at the
highest levels. - Strong business acumen with the ability to
connect customer outcomes to our MaaS model. - Collaborative team
player who thrives in a fighting-unit structure - Must have the
availability and ability to travel 25–50% to client sites,
factories, and Hyper headquarters office in Virginia. Hyper, Inc.
