Job Description:
The Mid-Atlantic Region of Carrier Enterprise sells residential
and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
(HVAC) products, parts, and supplies through dealers (independent
companies that sell, deliver, and service Carrier & Bryant branded
products to residences and businesses in their respective markets).
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Account Sales Manager based out of our Chesapeake, VA facility for
CE Mid-Atlantic. This role is responsible for the assigned
portfolio within the market area including southeastern Virginia
and northeastern North Carolina. Responsibilities: * Focused on
Legacy Customer growth through delivery of incremental sales of
equipment, supplies, and parts in the assigned portfolio. *
Targeted efforts to deliver a premium customer experience utilizing
an intentional sales approach centered around delivering
information, responding to customer needs, and executing on
customer development through dedicated growth strategies. * Takes
control of daily work remaining active in key selling activities
and managing content through Salesforce CRM. * Maintain productive
relationships with existing customers at all levels of their
organization and cultivate new networking contacts. * Understands
and drives strategic focus through market segmentation, customer
analysis, and identified growth opportunities. * Analyze the
territory, develop, execute, monitor sales and dealer recruitment
program. * Drive customer adoption of industry-leading technologies
they can use to run their businesses, drive profitability, increase
productivity, and deliver a premier customer experience with. *
BA/BS degree with 1-3+ years HVAC experience or similar wholesale
distribution industry required. * Demonstrated performance history
in HVAC sales and new market development preferred. * Parts &
Supplies HVAC experience highly desirable. * Highly motivated
self-starter. * Strong business/problem solving skills, high sense
of urgency, and strong communication/interpersonal skills. * PC
