  • Responsible for the delivery and evaluation of product and process training to ensure smooth transition of new hire resources from knowledge transfer to production stage and help perform job functions within predetermined KPIs/performance standards
  • Liaise with the client and service delivery leads to understand training needs and build a mitigation plan focusing on right knowledge retention
  • Create a standardized training approach for all learning initiatives Training Need Identification, Refresher Trainings, Knowledge Assessments and Process Documentation
  • Partner with Client/Sutherland transformation team to develop and launch new applications by participating in UAT, identifying defects, suggesting work around, simultaneously delivering training on the usage of applications and roll out surveys to receive employee feedback and gauge knowledge retention
  • Support business with the day-to-day process deliverables and help improve businesses by actively participating in transformation workshopsQualificationsAdditional Information
    • Associate's degree or equivalent.
    • Overall, 7 years of work experience with at least 3 years of training experience.
    • Experience in Telecom industry is a must.
    • Experience in Classroom / Instructional Training Required
    • Expertise in MS Office - proficient in Excel and PowerPoint,and working knowledge in Google Drive, and International Remittance Gateway
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
    • Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
    • Ability to be strategic in developing solutions and process improvementsEEOC and Veteran Documentation
