Sentara Albemarle Regional Medical Center President Elizabeth City, North Carolina Career OpportunityThe President of Sentara Albemarle Medical Center is responsible for all strategic planning and operations of the entity and growing revenues while effectively managing expenses and maintaining high clinical quality and customer service. This individual is responsible for the development, implementation, and overall success of the short-term and long-term goals, strategic objectives, policies, fiscal and operating plans for the region.Additionally, the President is the leader for the new campus planning and oversees the construction of the new 80-bed inpatient hospital which is expected to open in early 2025 as well as the 80,000 square foot Medical Office Building, which opens in April.   • Demonstrated record of accomplishment as a healthcare leader.
  • Strong and effective communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees/physicians/peers.
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior leader executive healthcare experience at the President or VP level.
