Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager Global Wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the global wellbeing strategy, ensuring
alignment with employee healthcare needs
Manage and administer all wellbeing programs while ensuring
compliance with regulations
Analyze program participation and outcomes to assess effectiveness
and return on investment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
5-7 years of experience managing benefits and wellbeing
programs
Experience managing benefits programs for organizations with over
40,000 employees
Experience with benefits administration in unionized environments
is preferred
Global experience is preferred
