Senior Director, Head of Product Management - Anti-Money

of Product for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions, you will:
- Create the long-term vision and strategy for the AML product
portfolio across Capital One.
- Champion the execution of next-generation product features
utilizing a strong foundation in product management.
- Inspire and coach a high-performing team of product
managers.
- Influence leaders within risk management and within partner
teams including tech, architecture, design, analytics, and all

- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 8 years of experience in digital product
management.Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- MBA or Master's degree.
- 8+ years of experience in Agile product management.
- 8+ years of experience translating business strategy and
analysis into consumer-facing digital products.Capital One will

maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below,
by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for
candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and
refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of
this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based
upon the agreed-upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
- McLean, VA: $264,300 - $301,700 for Sr. Dir, Product
Management
- Richmond, VA: $240,300 - $274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product
ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be
subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the
actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the
time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer
letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance-based
incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or
long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or
non-discretionary depending on the plan.Capital One offers a
