Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Internal Medicine in Edenton, NC for a part time Locum Tenens opportunity. Must be Board Certified Internal Medicine. Provider will need to come in the day before for orientation.

Details:

• 
  
• Outpatient only
  
• Ideal schedule Mon – Tues – Wed, 8a to 5p
  
• No call requirements
  
• Will accept Board Certified Family Medicine physicians with inpatient chronic disease management experience
  
• See patients aged 16+
  
• Average # of patient/admissions per day: 20
  
• Hospital rounds not required
  
• Will respond to codes: No
  
• No ICU/Critical Care duties
  
• No ER backup coverage required
  
• EPIC EMR
  
• Practice includes: 4 exam rooms, Spirometer, holter monitor, onsite lab, EKG machine, nebulizer machine
  
• Required procedures: 12 lead EKG, PFT's, blood draws, urine check, joint injections, pap smears, mole/wart removal, drug screening, ear irrigation
