• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• EPIC experience preferred
• Must be experienced in family or internal medicine & charts must be completed by the end of the day
• Follow-up on chronic conditions, appropriate lab & diagnostic procedures, laceration repair, I&D etc
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
