Job Description:

Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Social Worker
(LISW) needed to join a large post-acute care organization.
Candidate will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services to
geriatric patients in skilled nursing and assisted living
facilities. Treatment is provided in both group and individual
settings. Will address a wide range of clinical issues including
anxiety, depression and mental illness to issues around death and
dying. Candidate needs to have a full license; not an associates
license that requires supervision. Part time and full-time
