• This person will be triaging patients, get patient information, vitals, etc.
• They will also have to be taking phone calls - a lot of pharmacy calls, other doctors' offices calling with questions, as well as patient questions (all calls come into the office)
• EMR = Care CloudAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
  • CMA- Need to have ACTIVE Certification
  • 1+ years of experience preferred
  • CPR training/certification required
  • EMR experience / computer skills
  • If they have allergy experience it is a bonus
  • Intangibles - someone with a big/bold/loud personality will not fit. Need a team player, needs to be friendly, compassionate. The LPN's there work in very close quarters, it is 4 desks in a tight square so they are a very close knit. Initiative is huge for them because they are so busy, they can't waste time asking someone to do something they should already be doing it proactively. Love a quiet personality.
