Job Description:

Medcare Staffing is partnered with a client in Edenton, NC is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pediatric Physician to help provide coverage for their team. This is an urgent need and the provider needs a NC DEACoverage needed _ as soon as credentialed during recruitmentSchedule: Monday through Friday ; can reduce to 4 day schedule if candidates have limited availability

Outpatient and Inpatient
Avg # of patient/admissions per day: 20 in the office, one in the hospital
Call: 1 night per week; 1 weekend per month
Will respond to codes: No- unless in the nursery
Required attendance at C-sections when requested by OB provider
No ICU/Critical Care duties
No ER backup coverage required
EMR= EPIC
Practice Includes: 6 exam rooms and onsite lab services. 1 MD, 1 FNP and 4 Nurses/MAs.
Required Certification: BLS, PALS and NRP Interested candidates please respond to
