  • 3W MSTele (Post Surgical Unit) RN needed
  • ASAP and for 13 weeks with possible extension
  • Must be EPIC proficient - FIRM, no exceptions
  • Certs Required: BLS required via American Heart Association
  • Skills required: IV start, Telemetry Interpretation
  • 2 years experience required, travel experience preferred
  • Ratios - 1:7
  • Scrub Color - Royal Blue (not provided)
  • Must include Qualivis Cover Sheet and current NURSYS report. All RTO must be included on Qualivis Cover Sheet.

        • Must be completed within 1 year of start & renewed annually here

        • CM certification strongly preferred for Certified Social Worker
        • Candidates must demonstrate competence in reading cardiac monitors
        • Pass/Fail EKG test at orientation, score 80% or higher, one attempt to pass
        • Facility does not have a study guide
        • Passing score is 100%, allowed to retake if score less than 100% first time
        • Required as applicable by profession/unit
        • Candidates will be assigned modules once their files have been cleared. They will have 3 hours of credited time to complete before start
        • Passport Style photo required, shoulders up, front facing, good lighting, with a plain background. Facility WILL NOT accept any photo that does not meet these specific requirements
        • Information Grid and Pyxis Acknowledgment - TIME SENSITIVE
        • Required for Home Health and Hospice

        • TB Questionnaire Required when traveler has worked longer than 1 year with facility since Quantiferon Gold/Xray/PPD skin test was done
        • Physical Exam within 1 year of start. Updated annually
        • Fit Test any N95 mask is acceptable within 1 year of start. Must be updated annually.

        • Flu vaccination required 10/31 - 4/30.
        • Candidates can get their flu shot at CRH or send proof of receipt
