As a hospice registered nurse, you will evaluate patients, create care plans, and coordinate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure the highest quality of care.   • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state RN license
  • 2+ years of nursing experience, hospice experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to meet physical demands of the role
