The successful candidate will also serve as a Division Director for Child Psychiatry, Psychology, and Mental Health at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS). You'll lead academic initiatives, collaborate with clinical leaders, and support high standards in pediatric mental health. • Lead as Vice Chief within Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters' Mental Health Service Line, driving growth and program excellence
• Join EVMS and CHKD to shape the future of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychology
• Direct academic activities as Division Director of Child Psychiatry, Psychology, and Mental Health at EVMS

• Oversee formal training programs, including an accredited psychiatry fellowship and clinical preceptorships in psychology

• Support recruitment and retention to build a team committed to high standards in mental health care
• Enhance CHKD's mental health services by fully integrating academic initiatives into clinical operations
• Develop medical education programs in partnership with CHKD's clinical and operational leadership teams
