Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians for a locum tenens
opportunity in Ahoskie, NC. This role provides flexible scheduling,
competitive compensation, and a well-supported emergency department
with ground and air support for immediate patient transfers.
Opportunity Details: - Location: Ahoskie, NC - Contract Type:
Emergency Medicine Locum Tenens - Shift Schedule: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Compensation: Competitive Weekly Pay Travel & Lodging Provided
Facility Details: - Total Annual ED Volume: 22,250 - Average ED
Patients Per Day: 65 - ED Beds: 15 - Trauma Level: III - EMR
System: EPIC - Specialized Support: Vidant Air and Ground Support
for Immediate Transfers Provider Requirements: - Board Certified in
Emergency Medicine (ABEM, AOBEM) or - Board Certified in Internal
Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM) with Emergency Medicine
Experience - Minimum 2 Years of Emergency Medicine Experience
Required - Active North Carolina State License & Unrestricted DEA -
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS Benefits & Support: -
