As a CMG Pediatrician, your responsibilitiesinclude: - Providing high-quality, compassionate pediatric care in an outpatient practice setting. - Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions in children. - Building strong connections with patients and families and fostering a supportive environment is important. - Participating in rotating on-call duties as needed. - Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including subspecialists, nursing staff, and on-call triage. - Ensuring patient care is aligned with best practices and medical guidelines. - Engaging in continuing medical education and professional development. Applicants must meet these qualifications: - Board eligible or board certified in pediatrics (if board eligible; certification must be obtained within 2 years of residency completion). - Must possess a valid Virginia medical license. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care. - Ability to build excellent rapports with children and families.
