ICU/Critical Care RN in Chesapeake, Virginia, 23320! Job Title:

Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in CVICU/CTICU License: VA or compact license

Arterial line management - Blood product administration - Central
line care/management - Strong neuro experience required -
Ventilator management Description: Chesapeake is located in a
beautiful area known for its outdoor activities. The role involves
caring for step-down patients, utilizing a universal bed model.
Candidates will work with post-operative cardiac patients, handling
complex cases. The facility offers a 1:1 patient ratio with a focus
on high-quality care. Staffing includes interdisciplinary support
such as physical therapy and respiratory services. Candidates
should have experience in multi-system organ failure and
post-cardiac surgery care. Required skills include the ability to
interpret dysrhythmias and manage cardiac drips. Travel nursing
experience is preferred, and nurses must be proficient with
electronic record systems. There are strict regulations regarding
background checks, with no prior license or background hits
accepted. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and
