Open to New EP Graduates and Early Career Electrophysiologists. We are accepting J1 visa candidates. Aligned Cardio Partners is seeking an Electrophysiologist to join our team at James River Cardiology in Richmond, VA, where our guiding principle is to provide exceptional care to our patients by offering personalized attention to their cardiovascular health. Team: 14 Physicians (4 Non-Invasive, 7 Interventional, 2 Electrophysiology, 1 Interventional Radiology) along with a team of 18 Advanced Practice Practitioners Facilities: 6 clinics, 2 Office-Based Labs (OBLs) and an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) equipped with the latest technology Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and generous sign-on bonus Relocation Support: Relocation assistance provided Schedule: Monday to Friday schedule with shared team call Career Growth: Partnership opportunities available for physicians, supporting long-term career growth James River Cardiology also provides a full range of diagnostic tests, including: Electrophysiology Nuclear imaging Exercise and non-exercise stress tests Carotid imaging Holter monitoring Pacemaker and ICD insertion Angiogram and angioplasty Peripheral arterial and venous studies Requirements: Doctor of medicine degree from an accredited school of medicine Board Certification/Eligibility in Cardiac Electrophysiology Active Virginia Medical License or willing to apply Proven experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of cardiovascular conditions Excellent clinical judgement and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and colleagues
