ChenMed, a leading healthcare provider dedicated to offering superior care to seniors with complex conditions, is seeking a driven and compassionate Associate Market Clinical Director to join our innovative team. This role involves strategic leadership and operational oversight within our clinics, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with healthcare regulations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping clinical policies, enhancing patient care, and fostering a collaborative environment among healthcare professionals. Oversee clinical operations across multiple clinic sites within the region. Implement strategic plans and healthcare services in line with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of patient care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans. Manage and mentor clinical staff, providing educational and leadership support. Lead quality assurance efforts and initiate improvements in patient care processes. Analyze patient outcome data to guide clinical decisions and policy formulation. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Ability to analyze complex data and improve clinical outcomes Proficient in using medical software and healthcare technologies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified in a recognized medical specialty Valid state medical license Certification in healthcare management preferred
