Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Staff Position Overview OSC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating closely with clinical and administrative staff to support positive patient outcomes and clinic success. The ideal candidate is a motivated clinician who values evidence-based practice, teamwork, and professional growth in a supportive outpatient environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities •/tMaintain a consistent patient caseload for evaluations and treatment sessions •/tPerform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and movement assessments •/tDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions •/tDeliver therapeutic interventions including: o/tTherapeutic exercise o/tManual therapy o/tNeuromuscular re-education o/tBalance and functional training o/tModalities as appropriate •/tMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes •/tComplete accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries •/tEducate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention •/tCommunicate effectively with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members •/tSupervise and collaborate with LPTAs, PT Techs, and students as appropriate •/tMaintain compliance with all clinical, safety, ethical, and regulatory standards ________________________________________ Qualifications •/tGraduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Master’s or Doctorate preferred) •/tActive or eligible Virginia Physical Therapist license •/tMinimum of 1–3 years of outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred •/tStrong clinical reasoning, documentation, and patient communication skills •/tAbility to work collaboratively in a team-based outpatient setting •/tCurrent BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain) ________________________________________ Compensation & Benefits •/tSalary: $80,000 – $100,000 annually (DOE) •/tCompetitive benefits package including: o/tHealth, dental, and life insurance o/t401(k) retirement plan o/tPaid time off (PTO) o/tProfessional development and continuing education support Nortek Medical Staffing, Inc.
