Nursing and Rehabilitation Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking a
dedicated and experienced Assistant Nursing Home Administrator to
join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a compassionate
and results-driven individual with proven leadership skills in
long-term or subacute care facilities. Major Responsibilities
Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development
to facility management and team members. Assist the Executive
Director in day-to-day clinical and administrative activities,
including profit and loss responsibility. Ensure compliance with
all state and federal regulations. Support the Executive Director
in establishing financial and programmatic goals for the facility
and conduct annual evaluations of goal achievement. Provide
leadership to facility staff, promoting quality resident care as a
top priority. Recruit, hire, and provide orientation/training for
staff to implement facility programs and services effectively.
Maintain and guide the implementation of facility policies and
procedures to ensure compliance with corporate, state, federal, and
other regulatory guidelines. Develop and implement innovative
healthcare solutions that improve systems and processes for
superior results. Minimum Qualifications Current, active, and
unencumbered state license to practice as a Nursing Home
Administrator. Proven leadership ability with at least three (3)
years of experience as an administrator in a long-term or subacute
care facility. Demonstrated skills in management, planning,
budgeting, marketing, and quality improvement. A dedicated,
