Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN) to join our team! Location: Ghent
Health and Rehabilitation Job Type: Full Time 7pm to 7am Friday,
Saturday & Sundays Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered

uphold our high standards! Major Responsibilities: Lead & Supervise
Nursing Staff - Manage daily staffing needs, ensuring adequate
coverage and quality resident care. Direct Resident Care - Provide
hands-on nursing care, ensuring residents' medical needs are met in
accordance with individualized care plans. Resident Assessments -
Conduct and document comprehensive evaluations upon admission and
throughout their stay. Treatment Planning & Compliance - Assist in
developing and implementing personalized treatment plans while
ensuring adherence to resident rights and facility policies.
Conflict Resolution & Advocacy - Address concerns from residents
and families, ensuring grievances are handled professionally and
effectively. Drive Continuous Improvement - Implement new ideas,
enhance processes, and support a positive, results-driven
management team . Minimum Qualifications Current, unencumbered
Nurse license in the state of practice. Minimum 3 years of nursing
experience (preferred in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a
similar setting). Strong leadership, team-building, and
decision-making skills. Compassionate and dedicated to providing
superior resident care. Ability to work weekends with flexibility
and adaptability. Completion of Preceptor Training (or willingness
