Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic Schedule: Monday to Friday,

Group: 4 Patient Age Demographic: Adult, Geriatric Qualifications:
Board Certified (Echocardiography/Nuclear Stress): REQUIRED ACLS
Certified: REQUIRED VA License: Highly Preferred (will accept
providers needing to obtain a license; license must be active by
