Job Description Primary Care Physician Location: Virginia Beach,
Virginia Practice: Blackwood Family Medicine Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (36 hours patient-facing, 4 hours
administrative). Other scheduling options may be considered. About
Blackwood Family Medicine Blackwood Family Medicine is a
well-established, patient-centered primary care practice in
Virginia Beach, Virginia. Our team is dedicated to providing
high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families. We
focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, and
comprehensive wellness to ensure our patients achieve their best
health outcomes in a supportive and friendly environment. Key
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to patients,
including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute
care. Internal Medicine physicians will see patients ages 18.
Average patient volume of 18-22 patients per day. Maintain accurate
and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and
regulatory standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
ensure high-quality patient care. No evenings and no weekends.
Qualifications Board certified or board eligible (if within two
years of residency) in Internal Medicine. Active Virginia medical
license or ability to obtain one. Strong clinical skills with a
patient-centered approach. 2025 resident graduates are encouraged
