required Must-Have: - IV experience - Experience with pain
controlled analgesia, antibiotics, drug interactions, and order
entry - Proficient in verifying medication orders - Epic charting
experience required Description: Pharmacist Inpatient Setting –
ASAP for 13 weeks. The request is for 40 hours per week, with
evening or overnight shifts only. Evening shifts are from 15:00 to
23:30. Overnight shifts are from 20:30 to 07:30 on Monday through
Thursday and from 19:30 to 07:30 on Friday through Sunday (7 nights
on/7 nights off). Chemo experience, anticoagulants, pharmacokinetic
dosing, and renal dosing are preferred. Scrubs are not provided;
professional dress or hunter green scrubs are required. Candidates
must have a valid state license in hand at the time of submittal,
with no exceptions. Any history of license or background hits will
eliminate a candidate from consideration. A fit testing requirement
is in place, and any history of fit test issues will also eliminate
a candidate from consideration. Modules are billable, with 3 hours
of modules required to be completed pre-start. This position
requires a high degree of attention to detail and the capacity to
perform effectively in a team-oriented environment. Candidates
should be prepared to work rotating schedules, including weekdays
and some weekends. The majority of shifts will be during the day
and/or evening, with weekend rotation and occasional overnight
