TASTE Catering & Events is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Catering Servers to join our team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service at weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities Guest Experience Provide outstanding service to create a seamless and enjoyable event for all guests Anticipate and address guest needs with professionalism and efficiency Maintain a polished and friendly demeanor at all times Event Execution Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, buffet stations, and service areas Replenish food and beverages as needed to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness in guest areas by clearing tables and resetting spaces as required Adapt quickly to on-site changes and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Service & Team Support Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately Work closely with catering supervisors, Account Executives, and culinary staff to ensure seamless service Support teammates with opening and closing duties as needed Client Relations Maintain positive and professional interactions with guests and clients Resolve any service-related issues promptly and effectively Ensure all client expectations are met with a high level of attention to detail Qualifications & Requirements Prior hospitality, restaurant, or catering experience preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Must have reliable transportation Must be available on weekends and evenings Must be able to adapt to changes on-site at events Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, crouch, twist, and turn for the duration of each shift Ability to use hands to handle, squeeze, grasp, lift, move, and feel objects Ability to reach with hands and arms between 6-72 inches and communicate effectively in various environments Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch while also lifting and moving at least 30 pounds, with occasional lifting of 50 pounds
