are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Business Partner
who has experience in all areas related to the human resources
field. The ideal candidate will provide human resources support in
Employee Relations, Benefits & FMLA Administration, Performance
Management, Recognition, and Policy/Procedure Administration.
Guides Management in decisions related to employee issues and acts
as an employee champion and change agent, keeping the needs and
culture of the business in mind. Serves as a backup to the Payroll
and Wellness Specialist. Responsibilities- Champions the "voice of
the employee" program - conducts focus groups on various HR related
topics/policies--- Conducts employee counseling, both personal and
work-related situations, to resolve problems and facilitate
internal communications--- Conducts effective, thorough, and
objective employee investigations as necessary and partners with
CUSA Legal as needed--- Implements and supports employee engagement
and retention strategies such as stay interviews--- Conducts exit
interviews and analyzes turnover, noting trends/solutions through
bi-annual presentations--- Analyzes Employee Satisfaction Survey
and partners with Managers to develop action items to drive
positive results--- Administers all HR policies and procedures and
the training of policy changes--- Delivers guidance to Supervisors
related to necessary coaching/corrective action due to employee
misconduct, performance, and attendance--- Represents the Company
in unemployment hearings--- Leads monthly Dream Team Meetings:
Plays an active role in creating a culture that supports positive
employee morale.--- HRIS administration (FMLA, separations in
PeopleSoft)--- Benefit Admin: Consults with Leadership Team when
determining annual benefit plan design, always balancing employees
and the financial impact to the Company, Open Enrollment, Benefits
Fair--- Coordinates annual training for Exempt Personnel--- Ensures
compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements ---
Special projects as assigned Qualifications- A Bachelor's Degree in
Human Resources or other related discipline is required. ---
Minimum 4 years of proven HR experience--- PHR or SHRM-SCP
certification(s) are preferred.--- Must have a solid working
knowledge of recent versions of MS Office products such as Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, and Teams. --- HRIS
knowledge required.--- Excellent oral and written communication,
organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are
essential. --- Must be able to create and deliver presentations to
a diverse audience successfully. --- Flexibility and the ability to
travel are a must.--- Attendance is an expectation of the position.
