A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Payroll Analyst.

Duration: 12+ Months

As a Payroll Analyst, you will:
Responsibility:
Analyzes, audits, reconcile and resolves complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.
Ensure payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and federal, state and IRS regulations.
Researches and interprets federal and state regulatory requirements and resolves tax, withholding, garnishment, and wage/hour issues for payroll processing.
Responds to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
May work with system programmers to achieve solutions or administer company payroll system with outside service provider.
3 Years with Bachelors; 1 Year with Masters


Equivalency:
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience.
Master's Degree and 1 year of experience.
4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for bachelor's degree.
8 years of non-related exempt experience can be substituted for bachelor's degree.


Required:
Process weekly, hourly and bi-weekly salary payroll for employees.
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions.
Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
Research and answer questions related to employee benefits.
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate payroll processing.


Note: Employee will be working in a production environment and will need basic orientation, confined space training, fall protection training, and respiratory fit testing/training.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $30 - $35 Per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
