Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights | 4x12 (7:00p–7:30a) Positions: 1 Unit & Requirements ICU (Neuro-heavy) | Ratios 1:2–3 Must Have: Strong Neuro ICU experience (Post-Neuro Surgery, EVD, Stroke) Skills: Vents, IV drip titration, Telemetry, Conscious Sedation, Dysrhythmia & Emergency Mgmt Charting: EPIC (required – no exceptions) Certs: BLS, ACLS (AHA), NIHSS License: VA or Compact license in hand at submittal (no exceptions) Floating Required to Stepdown May float to ED/Med-Surg to care for ICU holds Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
