Job Description:

A company is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for their Experimentation Platform Team.
Key Responsibilities:

Sets the strategic vision, roadmap, and direction for the Experimentation Platform
Builds an in-depth knowledge of teams running experiments and identifies opportunities for improvement
Drives continuous improvement of the experimentation process and fosters a culture of experimentation

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager or similar role
Knowledge and experience in experimentation platforms, tools, and processes
Understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, and statistical methodologies
Experience working with agile development methodologies
Track record of successful project management and delivering high-quality results
