Visit for more information.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Richmond, VA for a Java/Python Technical Lead. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and developing scalable software solutions, and implementing best practices in software development. You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful delivery.Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Software Development, Programming, and Design Patterns: 8-12 years
Experience with Java, API, Middleware, Distributed Architecture & Microservices
Knowledge of industry (banking preferred_ best practices and software development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong AWS IaaS & PaaS services knowledge
Hands on coding and DevOps/SRE skills
Product engineering background a plus
