considered Description: Chesapeake is located in a beautiful area
known for its outdoor activities. It offers trails for all levels
of hikers and numerous waterways to explore. Candidates will not be
considered if there are any prior license or background issues.
Special Procedures/IR/Neurovascular Tech will work from 6:00 AM or
6:30 AM until 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with
rotating call. All candidates must have a current Virginia license
or a compact license. Candidates must possess ARRT CI, BLS, and
ACLS certifications. Three years of experience is required with a
preference for neurovascular experience. Epic experience is
mandatory. Candidates must be available for call two weeks per
month. The facility does not accept any prior license or background
issues. Candidates must meet all necessary compliance requirements.
Fit testing cannot be accommodated for PAPR. Candidates with any
history of fit test issues will be eliminated from consideration.
Basic EKG testing is required. Modules are required and must be
completed prior to starting the position. This position calls for
various interventional radiology skills. Skills such as
angioplasty, embolization, central venous access, and
thrombolysis/thrombectomy are necessary. Maintenance of sterile
fields and equipment is essential. Candidates must be proficient in
monitoring and managing patients in an IR environment. Requirements
