We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to
join our high-performing legal team. This position offers a unique
opportunity to work on complex real estate transactions, builder
drawls, seller closings, and simple refinances. The ideal candidate
will have a deep knowledge of real estate law, exceptional
communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires
a high level of organizational skills and the ability to manage
multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will have a
minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a proven

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in all aspects of real estate
transactions, including due diligence, preparation of contracts,
leases, and closing documents. 2. Conduct thorough legal research
and analysis related to real estate law. 3. Prepare builder drawls,
handle seller closings, and manage simple refinances. 4. Review,
analyze, and interpret contracts and legal documents to ensure
compliance with laws and regulations. 5. Collaborate with
attorneys, clients, and other parties to ensure smooth and
efficient transaction processes. 6. Maintain organized and
up-to-date files and databases related to all real estate
transactions. 7. Provide timely and accurate reports to attorneys
and senior management. 8. Maintain strict confidentiality of all
client information and firm matters. 9. Stay current with the
latest developments in real estate law and industry trends. 10.
Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: 1. A
minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal or a
similar role in the legal industry. 2. Proficient in Microsoft
Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). 3. Extensive
knowledge of real estate law and legal principles. 4. Proven
experience in builder drawls, seller closings, and simple
refinances. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and
written. 6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the
ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 7. Exceptional
attention to detail and accuracy in legal document preparation and
contract review. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a
team. 9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think
critically. 10. Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a
