Permanent Paralegal specializing in Trust and Estate law. This is
an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to join a

responsible for managing a broad array of trust and estate matters,
including document review, drafting pleadings, preparing legal
documents, and handling fiduciary accounting and income tax. This
position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar

Assist attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate
administration, including the preparation of probate documents,
estate tax returns, and fiduciary income tax returns. 2. Review and
analyze legal documents and financial statements related to trust
and estate matters. 3. Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal
documents for review by attorneys. 4. Conduct legal research and
prepare reports on findings. 5. Coordinate with clients, court
personnel, and other professionals in managing case files and
meeting deadlines. 6. Handle fiduciary accounting tasks, ensuring
accuracy and compliance with legal standards. 7. Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of legal procedures and regulations pertaining
to trust and estate law. 8. Provide exceptional client service,
ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and
professionally. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 5 years of paralegal
experience, specifically in trust and estate law. 2. Paralegal
certification or equivalent education is required. 3. Proficiency
in document review, drafting pleadings, legal document preparation,
and understanding legal procedures. 4. Extensive experience with
fiduciary accounting and fiduciary income tax. 5. Strong knowledge
of legal documents and processes related to estate and trust. 6.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 7.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a
client-centric approach. 8. Detail-oriented with strong
organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
concurrently. 9. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
Suite. 10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within
