This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact within a well-established firm, working on a wide array of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in residential transactions. If you have a passion for real estate law, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for negotiating, we would like to meet you. Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel and support on a wide variety of residential real estate transactions including purchases, sales, financing, and leasing. Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a range of agreements and documents related to residential real estate transactions. Conduct legal research and provide advice on real estate law, regulations, and industry trends. Represent the firm in real estate disputes, litigation, and enforcement actions. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff within the legal department to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient transaction processing. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with trusted and effective legal advice. Stay updated on industry trends, legislation changes, and legal precedents that may impact the firm or its clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Active member of the state bar in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, with a focus on residential transactions. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts and documents. Strong knowledge of state and federal real estate laws and regulations. Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to work independently, but also collaboratively as part of a team.
