Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking
a dynamic and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our
legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for
providing comprehensive legal advice to our clients on a broad
range of estate planning matters. This role is a fantastic

Responsibilities: Counseling clients on estate planning, retirement
asset planning, and the legal aspects of wealth transfer. Drafting
and reviewing various legal documents, including wills, trusts, and
powers of attorney. Advising clients on estate and gift tax
matters, as well as medicaid eligibility planning. Navigating
complex legal issues related to property law and estate
administration. Representing clients in probate court proceedings
as needed. Staying updated on changes in Virginia law and
regulations that may impact clients' estate plans. Collaborating
with other attorneys and professionals to ensure that clients'
needs are met. Participating in business development activities to
attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing
clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an
accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice law in the
state of Virginia and be in good standing with the Virginia Bar. A
minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, retirement
asset planning, and related areas of law. Demonstrated knowledge of
wills, trusts, property law, and other relevant legal disciplines.
Experience in drafting both revocable and irrevocable trusts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability
to clearly explain complex legal concepts to clients. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to
detail. Familiarity with legal research tools and software. Ability
to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment. High degree of professional
