Job Description:
Clean Harbors, North Americas leading provider of environmental,
energy, and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated CDL Class A
or B Driver to join our transportation team. This position plays a
critical role in our mission to ensure the safe and compliant
handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous materials,
helping us protect the environment while supporting our commitment
to safety and sustainability. As a driver for Clean Harbors, you
will be at the forefront of the company, operating our fleet of
vehicles to service our esteemed clients across various regions.
Safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste while operating
a Class A or B vehicle in accordance with all federal, state, and
local regulations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle
inspections, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition and
reporting any discrepancies or damages. Load, handle, and unload
materials safely ensuring compliance with company policies and
legal guidelines. Manage required documentation including logs,
vehicle inspection records, and service completion records,
ensuring accurate and timely completion. Respond to client
requests, emergencies, and other unforeseen conditions in a
professional and timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and
functionality of the company vehicle, equipment, and any associated
items. Support the team and participate in training sessions to
stay updated on industry standards, new regulations, and company
policies. Strong driving skills with the ability to operate Class A
or B vehicles proficiently. In-depth knowledge of safety protocols
and federal, regional, and local regulations for the transportation
of hazardous materials. Excellent physical condition to handle
manual loading and unloading duties. Exceptional navigation skills
and familiarity with regional roads and routes. Effective
communication abilities to liaise with team members, management,
and customers. Proven capability to manage time, maintain
professionalism, and handle documentation meticulously. Medical
