If so, this may be the position for you!Our Team Leader position is a full time remote position that will be reporting to theTeam Supervisor/Sales Manager, working the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday inside the Norfolk Office. This position will be responsible for leading and auditing the day to day functions of the Account Executives. A successful candidate for this position is friendly, self motivated, sales driven with a positive attitude. This is the perfect job opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career with us at Homes.com.Contribute Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Listens to sales calls and provides feedback for our newest AEs AssistsTeam Supervisor/Sales Managers in reaching team revenue goals Administers team meetings and helps bring up team morale Supervises teams daily performance, while providing leadership, direction and support Creates and inspires a team environment; Motivates team members Organizes trainings; Discovers training needs and provides feedback to management Ensures that the team is focused at all times, with providing excellent customer service and making their quotas Analyzes and helps resolve team issues that arise with customers/clients. Communicates teams progress with upper management Always has a positive attitude and contributes to the success of the company Maintains a high level of professionalism at all times with customers/clients Responsible for managing confidential information Takes on additional duties as assigned by managementRequirements/Qualifications: 1 year tenure as a Homes.com Account Executive Assertive, consultative and results oriented personality Proven sales skills. Strong Negotiation skills. Passion for the product and for helping others Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Well-spoken with the ability to develop rapport and build trust Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Adheres to companys policies at all times; reliable attendance
