Our Chesapeake office has grown exponentially, and this could be a
great opportunity to join our fun-loving team, onsite, and help
develop this expanding business. Our center is open 7 days per
week, 10AM-10PM, and we are seeking individuals to join us on the
11AM-8PM or the 1PM-10PM shifts.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'd deliver exceptional
service and solutions to customers through inbound call regarding
billing inquiries, questions and issue resolution. You'd work with
top technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of
leaders and peers to support you. And, while experience with
successfully meeting sales goals and targets would give you
jumpstart, we provide robust training to ensure that all of our
representatives are set up for success.
