Job Description:

Acxiom is looking for a Senior Accountant who will prepare and analyze contracts along with schedules to process all revenue accounting entries for the US and will partner across business lines and functions in supporting the contract life cycle.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**

- Maintain Workday contracts and all related schedules

- Actively participate in monthly, quarterly close activities including revenue recognition, journal entries, and account reconciliations for revenue, deferred revenue, and related items
- Collaborate with other teams (Revenue Recognition, Billing, Sales, Delivery, FP&A, etc.) to standardize & optimize E2E Customer-to-Cash processes
- Assist with periodic internal and external audit preparation
- Prepare and maintain business process documentation
- Challenge the status quo through continuous process improvements
- Manage medium to high complexity contracts
- Be the subject matter expert in revenue management
- Participate in improvement or change initiatives or projects
- Mentor others in revenue management

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED:**

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

- 4+ years of accounting experience, revenue accounting experience a plus
- Working knowledge of GAAP accounting
- Knowledge of ASC605/606
- Proficient with MS Office (adv. Excel)
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
- Proven communication skills
- Workday and/or Salesforce experience a plus
