**Description**
Responsible for the setup, training and successful implementation
of existing clients to new products. Ensures that a quality product
is delivered to the client, that the client receives full value
from their product and that the product is utilized in accordance
with its capabilities.
+ Sets up existing clients (primarily moderately complex and
revenue-intensive) on new products according to established
procedures so that client's expectations are met and they can begin
utilizing new services by the date specified in their service
agreement.
+ Provides client service and technical support for existing
clients as they transition to new products to ensure all products
and applications are functioning properly.
+ Utilizes web-based collaboration tools to guide the client
through the transition process and provides instructions for basic
system access and utilization
+ Maintains knowledge of product application configuration to
effectively install and test each client's unique technical
environment.
+ Researches and resolves client issues in a timely manner to
optimize client experience and satisfaction.
+ Creates, executes, and reviews data integrity reports to ensure
accuracy of client information.
+ Completes required documentation to transfer client to ongoing
client service team to ensure ongoing support. Answers questions
from ongoing client service team on client-specific issues as
necessary.
+ Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with
clients, partners and stakeholders to promote Paychex' quality
service image.
+ Participates in department projects and initiatives to optimize
client satisfaction and retention.
+ Assists in ENS coding and state setup, cancellations, and
deletions to ensure accurate setup with all tax agencies required
for tax-filing compliance including scanning of kits.
+ Gains knowledge of other products and procedures and provides
assistance related to the migration of existing clients to new
products.
**Requirements**
Compensation range for this role for U.S. Colorado Residents:
Range minimum: $18.00 /hr + bonus
Range maximum: $28.00 /hr + bonus

+ in Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in
lieu of experience.
+ 3 years of experience in Experience in a technical call center or
client support environment.
+ Payroll experience.
